A business owner who spots an outdated phone number, wrong address, or incorrect service list can ask us to correct it, and we will, since accuracy matters more to us than any single listing looking a certain way. What an owner cannot do is edit their own score, sentiment summary, or ranking position. Those are pulled from the data and the rubric, not from a listing’s preferences.

Sponsorship, when it appears

Some pages include sponsored placements. These are always labeled “Sponsored,” displayed in a separate section from the earned rankings, and never blended into the ranked list itself. Paying for a sponsored slot has no effect on a business’s actual score or position.
